This is the cable to monitor CAN communication by connecting to OBD2 connector. You can log CAN data in a car by using the analyzer with CAN/LIN monitor board and this cable. The monitored data is displayed by the analyzer, thus you can confirm the data on the spot.

Connect with the analyzer by using DSUB 9 pin branch cable attached to the OP-SB87/OP-SB7GX.

You can monitor 1 channel of CAN communication which is compliant with SAE J1962 pin assignment.
